They turned to American Alarm, and our security consultant developed a program to take over the existing system and enhance it so that it would meet American Alarm’s quality standards. Also, we are adding on a new feature to the control panel, so that when the family’s children come home from school each day, the parents are notified by email when the children arrive at home.
