New England Loss Prevention Expo
This conference, sponsored by the Retailers Association of Massachusetts, is taking place on Thursday, September 15 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in the DCU Center, 50 Foster St., Worcester, Mass.
Attendees at this event will hear from loss prevention and security experts as well as risk managers, vendors, law enforcement, prosecutors, and policy makers to learn more about how to keep their stores, employees, and customers safe and secure.
Those in attendance at the expo will hear about subjects such as organized retail crime, external and internal theft, private/public sector partnerships, asset protection technology, financial crimes, and emergency preparedness.
“The New England Loss Prevention Expo strives to propagate an environment where learning, preparedness and networking arm us all with the tools to combat those crimes,” according to the association.

The National Retail Federation’s NRF Protect conference will be held from June 15-16 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch St,, Philadelphia.
NRF Protect is the largest retail and restaurant loss prevention event in North America. Attendees at the conference will hear about the ideas and solutions and make the professional connections they need to more effectively protect their companies’ people, assets, reputation and bottom line.
The conference will bring together a community of more than 2,500 retail, chain restaurant and law enforcement professionals to share ideas to help attendees:

- Harness the power of technology to stay a step ahead

37th Annual RLPSA Conference & Expo
This conference presented by the Retail Loss Prevention & Security Association is being held from July 24-27 at the La Cantera Hill Resort in San Antonio, Texas.
This event brings together industry leaders every year to discuss, debate and share best practices of loss prevention, security and risk management, asset protection and safety. Those in attendance will learn more about how to be more productive and efficient through various educational sessions and talks.
Session topics include workers’ compensation fraud, franchisee crisis management, phone interviewing, safety roundtables and avoiding litigation. Blaine Hurst, Executive vice president, chief transformation and growth officer, Panera Bread, is the keynote speaker.
