Such was the case for one of our customers in Jamaica Plain. Fire hit their three-family building, destroying most of the structure. Yet the owner was determined to re-build. Working with the owner and the construction company, American Alarm installed a state-of-the-art fire alarm and burglar alarm system while the building was being restored. Each apartment is now protected with its own zone and control panel. The system, which is monitored 24-7, is not only important for the owner who lives in the building, but it has become an important asset to help attract and retain tenants for the two rental units.
