For our monitored residential customers, we provide a lifetime warranty on the home security systems we install. We also offer a free annual wellness inspection for monitored residential customers in core coverage areas, so we can identify and fix any maintenance issues before they become real problems. These programs make American Alarm unique in its commitment to customer service. No other security company in New England that we know of offers a lifetime warranty or a free annual inspection.
